RTD-Dünnfilm-PT100-Element \ n \ n Dünnschicht-Platin-Widerstandstemperaturdetektoren (Pt-RTD) bestehen aus einem dünnen Platinfilm, der auf einem Keramiksubstrat abgeschieden wird. Platin Pt-RTDs bieten im Vergleich zu Draht-Pt-RTDs Kostenvorteile ihr niedrigerer Materialkostenfaktor. \ n \ n Zeichnung Spezifikation Platin-Temperatursensoren Pt 100 Typ HD 421 zeichnen sich durch Langzeitstabilität, Präzision über einen weiten Temperaturbereich und Kompatibilität aus. Haupteinsatzgebiet ist die Prozesstechnologie.
